Sales Executive
About the role:
We’re looking for a graphic design all-rounder with exceptional design skills, a creative flair, a passion for visual storytelling, and an ability to produce assets at speed.
In particular, you’ll work closely with our marketing team, who continuously explore how design can help Suncoop’s work to transition diverse households and businesses based across west and central Africa, and beyond, onto clean, affordable solar energy. You’ll continue to explore and experiment with how design can be used as a tool within storytelling, marketing, sales, and more. The position holder will manage, mentor, and quality-assure the work of four graphic designers based in Nigeria.
What you would be expected to do
Oversee the production of a variety of artwork and bring marketing concepts to life across, primarily, Sunbox-branded and, occasionally, partner-branded channels.
From flyers, billboards, posters, shopfronts and shop interiors, illustrations, social media and web assets, oversee the work of our fast-growing West and Central Africa design team to ensure timely and quality graphic design production.
Ensure that work goes out error-free and on time by engaging the team as necessary and making sure that the team is suitably trained and prepared to attend to creative and graphics briefs.
Work with sales, marketing, products, operations, and other teams to ensure that content is rigorously reviewed and feedback is attended to.
Ensure that your team follow the appropriate content production, content management, and sign-off process per Suncoop’s standard operating procedures.
Gather, store, and make easily accessible professional-quality commercial, lifestyle, and ‘development impact’ photos from relevant markets.
Work with communications, investment, and Management teams to produce public-facing business collateral, such as ESG reports, annual reports, and investment PowerPoints.
Manage a bank of graphic design freelancers and work with agencies to produce quality work as needed.
You might be a strong candidate if you
Degree or HND holder in arts or related courses.
An advanced degree is an added advantage.
Skilled in the complete Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and experience in After Effects and XD will be an advantage.
Deep experience of both Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word and GSuite (Slides, Docs and Sites).
At least 8 years’ experience in graphic design.
Deep knowledge of how to use design to communicate with consumers and sell products.
Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven management skills and the ability to work in a large organisation with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop graphic design processes and procedures to unlock business goals.

Sales Executive (Hausa and English Speaking)

The team you would join:
The Customer Service Team serves as the first point of contact for Suncoopng customers. The team helps prospective and existing customers with products, services, payments, and customer relationship-related inquiries. Customer Service Executives play an important role in ensuring Suncoop customers can access fair, reliable, and timely assistance for any product or service-related needs, ensuring the company provides strong customer service in line with its consumer protection. The team works cross-functionally with Suncoop's Operations and Sales teams to serve the breadth of customer-related inquiries.
About the role:
The Customer Service Executive will work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to serve existing and potential customers by providing product and service information while resolving product issues effectively.
What you would be expected to do
· Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner while following laid down procedures, guidelines, policies and “scripts”;
· Resolving product or service queries in a timely manner by identifying customer needs, clarifying information, finding out the root cause and expediting resolution;
· Conducting product and service quality surveys with customers and recording feedback from time to time;
· Building repeat sales and retention through strong customer relationships by focusing on the customer wants and needs;
· Working with multiple sales teams and cross-functional teams seamlessly;
You might be a strong candidate if you
· Have Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a Business-related courses - Sales, Marketing or Customer Service Management
· Have good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
· Are fluent in Hausa or Hausa and Any other language.
· Have good people skills.
· Have maximum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Experience working in a call center is an added advantage.
· Have basic Microsoft- Excel skill
